I think it would be better if we establish of an ordering principle, in the form of legislation, being formulated and enforced because in this, information technology professionals and other computer related activities would greatly help and protect them on computer crimes. And we should also think for the social consequences of the law they should be formulating. The law should not be as strict and accurate as computers; they should still put some "human factor" in them. The law should beu implemented regardless of race country, belief, custom or character. Ethics should be the basis of these laws and that ethics be specifically defined.

"Categorized Computer Activities"
1. Morally good under all circumstances.
Example of Computer Activities: "Violation of Privacy (in communication via internet)"
-Violation of privacy can be morally good in certain cases like in terms of public safety or health. In general if public interest is at greater importance than the individual, it can be a case-to-case basis.
2. Morally bad under all circumstances.
Example of Computer Activities: "pornography on the net"
-We all knew that internet can spread untruth as fast as it can spread truth. Putting out 'pornographic pictures" to the world is bad its because everyone of us can access the web and pornographic pictures highly influenced the web users especially to the younger ones. At any circumstances pornography on the net is morally bad. The purpose of the net and the effect of the said action will not benefit the community at all.
3. Morally Good / Bad under certain circumstances
Example of Computer Activities: "Software piracy"
-It depends on the degree and purpose of being done, software piracy to the extent of being used to earn money or to chat others is nut good at any circumstances. Probably it can be allowed on cases of just academic for personal level of non-earning activity just like demonstration software purposes.
"Seems to Predominate in the World of Computing"
Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics
This would most likely to predominate in the world of computing in dealing with morality aspects as oppose to the Mill’s Utilitarianism and Kant’s Categorical Imperatives theories since the Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics theory was concern on moral deals such as righteousness, fairness, goodness, and justice as what the concern of all human being’s. It also influences the world of computing, as this theory has a central focus on virtuous activities like dignity and honor as most programmers wanted to create programs for the well fare of others. It also deals with temperance as most users’ concern is pleasure to his physical well being.
As majority of computer user’s desire is to use computers to a maximum extent without any problems to encounter towards others. And through this theory, a conflict with other users will less be propagated.

See What You've Got
Making your own codes of ethics is somewhat a great achievement for yourself because you are making realization with your actions.
For me - my personal code ethics are the key to living, finding friends and determining my own convictions. Personal ethics in a large way define who you are. The code of ethics that not only follow but feel are important for people I surround myself with are:
Truth Telling- I will strive to be honest conditionally and unconditionally, straightforward in the sense that you'll tell what I really see frankly.
Integrity – I will be honest in everything I do. Always forthright – always sincere in every things I do for others. Always reliable – always dependable.
Caring – I will care about others. I will give consideration to others opinion. always fair in everything. Always willing to help those in need and never intentionally hurt others feelings.
Excellence – I will do the best at everything I do. I will always strive for excellence.
Attitude – I will maintain my positive attitude. I will respect the rights of other people to form their own opinions and decisions based on facts they gather from me or from other sources. Always loyal. Always humble. Never arrogant.
Courage – I will stand up for what is right and always be a positive thinker. I never allow fear of failure to prevent trying.
